Fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
And smooshed them till I came up with some think that looked clover-ish.
Served up to my little "leprechauns" with a small green side salad.
P.S I told them that Avocado's in the salad were a gold mine of vitamins and minerals. And it worked! They ate them.

What a fun way to celebrate.
They look as fun before they're baked as they do afterwards. Now you have me hungry for pizza at 5:30 AM.

Those are really clever! (Sounds so much better than traditional Irish food to me, too!) Have a happy St. Patty's day!
Cheers, Andrea
So very clever. I've made jack-o-lantern pizzas but never shamrocks. Thanks for the terrific idea :)

How creative! These turned out really, really cute & I bet my DGD Caroline would get a big kick out of them. She is strickly a sauce & cheese pizza kinda girl but making them like this, I might be able to convince her to put on a few veggies or two.
Thanks for showing us how to make 'em.
Happy St. P's Day!
