Inspired by the fairy gardens I have seen online lately,
I took the braided azalea that I used for this tablescape:
(You can see the full tablescape here).
Potted it in a larger pot.
And added birds...
little glass leaves...
green glass 'stones'...
and a small garden angel.

I love tiny surprises in the garden and the house!

I like the glass stones. I may have to try that in my garden.

what a great bit of whimsy. Love what you did!
How very charming that is, and I know any fairy would feel welcome. I did lots of work on our Fairy Dell today, and though it is still far too lush and overgrown, there's progress.
I peeked in from Mona's blog, and can certainly use any and all holiday planning help---my close companion three days a week is an almost three-year-old and I'm WAY past the romping age. The other days I just spend recuperating from all the fun.
Looking forward to seeing all your site when things slow down a bit.

I love braided plants and always wonder how they manage to get them to do that. What a lovely plant and you did a great job of transplanting it. Little additions with interest always make things extra special. Very pretty!
Mona :)
