Beach decorating

We live about one minute away from the Puget sound. We are not on waterfront, but there is a peek-a-boo view from one of our upstairs window. So in our sunroom every summer I love to decorate with things I find on the shore.

This handful of small driftwood I collected on our last trip to the beach.

Sea glass I have collected many places from the beach down the road, to the San Juans. Every beach has sea glass. Sometimes you have to look closely to find it.

Seagulls always circle the beach.

For the sea glass candle holder, see my tutorial here.

What a creative idea. The driftwood and shells are just gorgeous. Love them displayed in the apothecary jar. Gorgeous. Thanks so much for joining the party. Hugs, Marty

I like your creativity. The sea gulls on top are what made me go back and look at it all again. Great job.

Such a great idea with the driftwood and the shells! I'm just north of you in B.C. and know how beautiful Puget Sound is...

It's very nice to meet you!
