Cute Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Five minutes to make,
this easy and adorable cheese ball
is sure to be a hit!

As a mom of three I am always thinking of ways to be creative that do not take much time. And this cheese ball fits the bill!

Start by: smooching cream cheese into the bottom of a bowl. I use straight cream cheese, but you could mix nuts or other cheeses into it if you prefer.

Scrape around the edges with a rubber spatula. This will be the body of the pumpkin.

Turn out onto your serving plate.

 Add shredded cheddar cheese.

Use sliced almonds to make the stem, and lines down the pumpkin.

Add crackers and you have a festive holiday appetizer. Now wasn't that easy?

I do these cream cheese based cheese balls for every holiday using different shapes and toppings. And though they are only cream cheese they still seem amazing. Even my kiddo that does not like cream cheese, raves about these! :)
