Our St. Patricks Day Tablescape

Lots of Shamrocks and Green!

I started with a fun and inexpensive holiday table cloth.

Added an apothecary jar full of pine cones (left over from Christmas) and some St. Patrick's Day shamrocks that I found on sale last year after the holiday.

This leaf bowl just 'felt' right on the table.

Not being one to spend much on decor, I love decorating with edibles on the table.

Inexpensive holiday wire holiday garland, that I saved from last years table, wrapped around the stemware.

We love candles.

Lots and lots of candles.

A 'babyscape' for our little one.
(With candles out of reach)

An extra paper napkin folded in his cup just... because...

Fun little hats on glass plates.

Our mismatched silverware in a stein on a side table. Steins just go with St. Patrick's Day.

The glass plates with the decorations on them are set to the side and then I call everyone to the table.

With a household full of Boys this is a fun holiday for us. And it has an amazing history with I will be posting about soon.

Absolutely breathtaking! I love that you pour so much time and energy into making things magical for your family. Yours is a Happy Home indeed!

My favorite idea you shared is to wrap the shamrock wire around the glasses - that is brilliant! I am going to share that with my MOPs group net week! Thank you!

an absolutely lovely table. it's lovely you do this for the family. they will remember. even the boys. I raised two and they still laugh and talk about some of the stuff that was on the table growing up! I love the wraps around the stems of the glasses too.

I love the fact that you decorate for your family's dinners.......what wonderful memories you are making for the children and of course, yourself, as well. The idea of wrapping the stems of the glasses with garland is one that I will take with me....what a funtastic way to decorate for not much money spent!
