What is this challenge? This is my tried and true guide to surviving the holidays without stress developed over 12 years as a SAHM. This year-round challenge includes everything from planning family outings in summer to having a stress free Christmas and tips for all of the holidays in between. When does it start? It does not matter when you begin, jump right in! How do I participate? If you have gmail you can click the "+Google calendar" button on the bottom corner of the calendar to have reminders sent to your e-mail. Or, simply add the dates below to your personal calendar. And then drop by this page on the weekends to see the weekly challenge.

- This is crunch time! Planning well, and beginning holiday shopping, early in the sleepy days of November is the key to a less stressful Christmas. The goal here is to work hard this month sneakily preparing for Christmas, (while still respecting Thanksgiving) so that when December hits we are able to enjoy our favorite parts of the holiday be it events, or wrapping gifts beautifully, or baking, etc, as well as spending time with loved ones without stress.

Week 1 - Holiday Action Time!! - Plan the Thanksgiving Meal, Go through Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes, and pack the Halloween box, Schedule family photos and or come up with Christmas Photos Ideas, Finish planning Christmas events, And begin Holiday Shopping! And Crafting!
Week 4- Have all Holiday packages shipped by the end of November, Mail Christmas Cards, Select a Christmas Tree, Put together an advent wreath, and Finalize details on New Years Eve plans.
December
Week 2 - Tie up any loose ends, do/finish holiday crafts.
Week 4 - Gear up for New Years! After Christmas Shopping (i.e. supplies for next year) Mark new Calendar with Yearly reminders
